Our Journey

We started our real estate journey back in 2014 with a single bungalow. From day one, we looked for ways to maximize the value of our investment, converting basements into livable space, building out duplexes, and navigating the ins and outs of Ontario's rental market. Over the years, we learned the business from the ground up, not just as investors, but as hands-on landlords committed to doing things right.


With backgrounds in business, IT, and healthcare, we approached each property with both structure and empathy. We managed renovations, dealt with setbacks, adapted to challenges, and kept improving with every project. Along the way, we realized that property management was often missing the care and accountability we were looking for as owners. Too many services treated homes like numbers and communication felt like an afterthought.


We created DoorLinq to be different. Our goal is to bring clarity, consistency, and real care to rental property management. We use modern tools to simplify the experience and offer transparent pricing with no surprises. Eight percent of rent collected and half a month’s rent for tenant placement. Today, we manage a growing portfolio and bring the same attention to detail and integrity to every home we oversee.
